IRHOA maintains a regular inspection process to ensure compliance by all homeowners. This is intended to support the highest quality development and lasting values for all owners.
To this end, please be sure prospective homeowners to Independence Ranch read and review the CC&R’s carefully! The covenants are strictly regulated and enforced. Special attention should be paid to Article V (Architectural Control – see the ACC Info page for more details) and Article IX (Restrictions – specifically Section 10 on RV parking). It is highly advised that you and prospective homeowners read and review the CC&R’s, related amendments and ACC Info prior to purchase.
