John Green – Currently on the Board. John has lived in Independence Ranch since 1998. He previously served on the IRHOA Board from 2009 to 2020 as Vice President and President. John also feels it is important to have a board member with the knowledge of the community, for continuity, particularly the irrigation system and water issues.
Bob Spuhler – Currently on the Board.
Alyce Genova – Currently on the Board. Alyce is a Grand Junction native who recently moved back after 15 years on the Front Range. She moved to the neighborhood in 2024 with her husband, son, and dog. She currently works in the technology industry leading operations teams. She is volunteering on the board to assist in maintaining the community and gain connections along the way.
Matt Collins – Currently on the Board. Matt has lived in Independence Ranch (IR) since 1999. He previously served on the IRHOA board from 2002-2016. He holds an MBA and CPA. The reason he is again volunteering for the board is to assist in maintaining our premier community status and home values. In addition, it is important for continuity that we have a board member with the historical background and knowledge of the community.
Kyle Lottman – Currently on the Board. I moved to Independence Ranch in September of 2022 with my wife Rachel. We have a mini-Aussie named Ruby. The strong sense of community is what sold us on moving to Independence Ranch and it has been wonderful living here. Involvement with the HOA appealed to me as a great way to meet others in our neighborhood and find ways to keep supporting the community we love. Rachel is an OR Nurse at Community Hospital and I work as a financial advisor with Elevate Capital Advisors.
